ERFA is very satisfied twice: 1/ the technical pillar is adopted with a very large majority 2/ the new governance of the Railway infrastructure (effective independence of the IM, exercise of all of its functions, working as a European network and with Coordination Committees taking into account the requests of the operators and customers) is also adopted with a comfortable majority!
